Conferences and Poster Presentation

During my presentation at the Life Science Institute (LSI), Dublin City University (DCU), Ireland, on July 2026. I was talking about the role of transmembrane receptors in amyloid aggregation and membrane toxicity. The talk explored how CD36, a membrane-associated receptor, interacts with amyloid-β (Aβ) and influences its aggregation kinetics and interactions with lipid membranes. I also emphasised the potential of cell-free model membrane systems and biophysical approaches to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying amyloid-associated membrane toxicity.
